In short
You can use weaverA's AI voice agents, dashboard and API for your business, as long as you use them lawfully. You own your call data, you are responsible for recording consent, AI disclosure and telemarketing rules on your calls, and our liability is capped at the fees paid over the previous 12 months.
Quick answers
- Who owns the call data processed by weaverA?
- The customer does. Call audio, transcripts and configuration remain the customer's data, and weaverA only uses them to provide, secure and support the service.
- Who is responsible for call recording consent and AI disclosure?
- The customer deploying the voice agent is responsible for giving any legally required recording notices, obtaining consents and disclosing AI use to callers where the law requires it.
- Can I use weaverA for outbound sales or marketing calls?
- Yes, provided the calls comply with telemarketing, consumer protection and consent laws. Robocalls, deceptive calls and unsolicited marketing that breaks those laws are prohibited.
- Are AI voice agent responses guaranteed to be accurate?
- No. AI can occasionally give inaccurate or unexpected responses, so customers should configure guardrails and human escalation and review outcomes.
- What law governs the weaverA terms?
- The laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
- How can either party end the agreement?
- Either party may terminate for a material breach not fixed within 30 days of written notice. On termination, outstanding fees become due and customer data is deleted or returned.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the weaverA website at https://weavera.online and the weaverA AI voice agent platform, dashboard, workflow automation and API (together, the "Services"), provided by weaverA ("weaverA", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to it. Where you have signed a separate agreement or order form with us, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms to the extent they conflict.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Services are intended for businesses and users aged 18 or over. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential, for all activity under your account, and for telling us promptly at info@weavera.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Using the Services
Subject to these Terms and any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or fraudulent calls, including robocalls or unsolicited marketing that breaches telemarketing or consent laws.
- Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent that callers are speaking with a human where the law requires disclosure of AI or automated systems.
- Record or process calls without giving any notices and obtaining any consents required by law.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell or build a competing product from the Services, except where the law expressly permits.
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are breaching these Terms or putting the Services, other customers or the public at risk.
4. Your responsibilities for calls
You are responsible for how you configure and deploy voice agents, including scripts, prompts, policies, escalation rules and the phone numbers you connect. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your calls — such as call recording, data protection, consumer protection and telemarketing rules — in every jurisdiction where you or your callers are located.
5. AI output
Our voice agents use artificial intelligence, which can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected responses. You should configure appropriate guardrails and human escalation, review outcomes, and not rely on AI output as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
6. Your data
You retain all rights in the data you or your callers submit to the Services, including call audio, transcripts and configuration ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights needed to host, process and transmit Customer Data to provide, secure and support the Services.
We process personal data within Customer Data as your processor, in line with our Privacy Policy and any data processing agreement between us. You confirm you have the rights and lawful basis to provide Customer Data to us.
7. Fees and payment
Paid Services are charged at the rates set out in your order form or plan. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable, and exclude applicable taxes. We may suspend paid Services for overdue amounts after giving you notice. We may change pricing for future renewal terms with reasonable advance notice.
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party products such as telephony carriers, CRMs, helpdesks and messaging tools. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, security or actions.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Services, our website, software, models, documentation, branding and any improvements to them. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business, technical and financial information confidential, use it only to perform under these Terms, and protect it with at least reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement with us, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, neither party is liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, and each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid or payable by you to us for the Services in that period.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify weaverA against claims, losses and costs arising from your Customer Data, your configuration and use of voice agents, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law — including laws on call recording, consent and telemarketing.
14. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Services. Either party may terminate for the other's material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination your right to use the Services ends, outstanding fees become due, and we will delete or return Customer Data in line with our agreement and retention practices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate agreement between us says otherwise.
