In short
weaverA collects only what it needs to run its AI voice agents and website. For callers, the business that deployed the agent controls the data and weaverA processes it on their behalf. Calls are encrypted in transit and at rest, we never sell personal data, and we do not use one customer's calls to train AI for anyone else.

1. Who we are
weaverA ("weaverA", "we", "us" or "our") provides AI voice agents, a call analytics dashboard, workflow automation and an API for call centers and businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit https://weavera.online, contact us, or use our services.
For personal data collected through our website and our own sales and marketing, weaverA is the data controller. You can reach us about privacy at info@weavera.uk.
2. Our role for customer call data
When a business (our "Customer") deploys a weaverA voice agent, we process call audio, transcripts, caller phone numbers and related information on that Customer's behalf and according to their instructions. In that role the Customer is the data controller and weaverA is a data processor.
If you called a business that uses weaverA, that business decides what is collected and why. Please contact them directly to exercise your rights; we will assist them in responding to your request.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details you give us — such as your name, work email, phone number, company and job title — when you email us, request a demo or sign up.
- Account information for users of our dashboard and API, including login credentials, settings and billing details.
- Call data processed for Customers, such as audio recordings, transcripts, call metadata (time, duration, numbers), and outcomes logged by the agent.
- Usage and device data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications you send us, including support requests and feedback.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain and secure our services, including answering, transcribing and routing calls for Customers.
- To respond to enquiries, arrange demos and provide customer support.
- To manage accounts, billing and contracts.
- To monitor, analyse and improve our website and services, including measuring performance and fixing problems.
- To send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use Customer call data to train AI models for other customers, and we do not sell personal data.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to provide services you or your organisation have signed up for.
- Legitimate interests — to run, secure and improve our business and respond to business enquiries, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and certain marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information by law.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here. Customer call recordings and transcripts are retained according to the Customer's configured retention settings and contract, and deleted or returned when the contract ends. Enquiry and marketing data is kept until it is no longer needed or you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption of calls in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected parties of a personal data breach where the law requires.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, email info@weavera.uk. We may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our website.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
